Iintroducing our
new service that is specifically aimed to meet the needs ofcommercial
and residential estate and Property Agents.
We have a pneumatically controlled,
portable mast which has been specifically engineered for fast erection
and elevates to the height of 9ft to 50ft.
On top of the mast sits a digital
camera giving excellent quality images, this in turn sits on a 360°
remote controlled pan and tilt power head. Specifically developed
software then allows the photographer to remotely capture images,
which can be viewed via the lap-top before the photograph is taken
ensuring perfect results every time.
- Up to 50 ft in height, offering an ideal 45 degree angled image
showing off elevations of the property, land, outbuildings and
views and avoiding ground clutter such a parked cars, hedges etc.
- A much cheaper option than aerial photography, which tends
to give a photograph mainly of the roof.
- One photo can show the whole property, no need for several
shots thus cutting down on expensive advertising space.
- A fast, reliable service from a friendly team.
- As many as 15 images of one property are burnt onto CD for your
own selection.
- The client can view the image via our computerised down link
on a lap top screen, therefore, can be involved in taking the
exact image they want.
- Our system is operated by an experienced architectural photographer.
We can work to suit your needs but a typical simple
site visit will include the photographer arriving on site, accessing
the angle that best suits the subject.
Once the viewpoint has been chosen the mast is erected
and a series of images can be made at different heights, zooming
in and out to capture a variety of views.
The service can be extended by lowering the mast
and moving it to a variety of positions.
We would welcome the opportunity to visit your office
to discuss the service further. If I can be of any assistance with
further details please do not hesitate to contact our office where
any member of the team will be only too pleased to help.
Our experienced architectural
photographer can complete a brief with ground level interior and
exerior photography.
